·         Points are redeemable after invoices for qualifying purchases have been paid.

·         Points can only be exchanged for available rewards as listed on the Pacific Star Website.

·         Points will be deducted for returned items.

·         Please note any special instructions or restrictions as you request your redemption. All rewards are available while quantities last. Product specifications are subject to change without notice and all reward items are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value. Items ordered at the same time may arrive separately. We will ship the item pictured or the most current comparable model (we are not responsible for typographical or pictorial errors). Merchants participating in the program are subject to change.

·         In the event that a particular reward is unavailable, Pacific Star will notify the customer with an alternative reward, if available, or inform the customer to use Points at a later date.

·         Rewards are not refundable, returnable, exchangeable, replaceable or transferable for cash, credit, other rewards or points under any circumstances. 

·         Points accrued in the account for any given year will be carried forward every year, provided all other conditions set forth herein have been met.

·         Once accrued points in the program have been redeemed for a reward, the points cannot be converted back into your Rewards account.

·         Points accrued in any program account do not constitute property of the customer and are not transferable by operation of law or otherwise to any person or entity and cannot be transferred to any other account.

·         Fraud or abuse relating to the accrual of points or redemption of points may result in forfeiture of accrued points as well as cancellation of the Frequent Buyers Program account.
