30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied for any reason, products may be returned within 30 days of shipment for a full credit or exchange (provided the product and packaging are undamaged). Please clearly specify credit or exchange.
Returned items must be in the original packaging. Both packaging and its contents must be in selleable condition. Include a copy of the original order confirmation or packing slip with your RA paperwork as proof of purchase.
All returns must include a return authorization (RMA) number that can be obtained by contacting our Customer Service Department at 713-527-0889. Our customer service hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (CST).
Returns received at PSC without a RMA number may be assessed a 25% restocking (processing) fee that will be deducted from any credit due.
- If shipment is lost (shipment not delivered), please email us right away.
- If there are missing items, please provide a copy of a signed Proof of Delivery - number of boxes/ pallets received, outside packaging condition on the Proof of Delivery.
- If the box is opened/re-taped/damaged/dented/ripped, please mark it as "Damage" and indicate the number of damaged boxes on the Proof of Delivery with the driver when you receive the package. Additionally, please provide photographs of the outside boxes and damaged content. If repairable, please submit a repair estimate.
All non-catalog, refrigerated/frozen and chemicals items are non-cancellable and non-returnable. Non-returnable items include those purchased for resale, bulk items, special orders and personalized items.
Business Customers’ Limited Warranty
PSC warrants any product purchased for use in business or resale against defects in workmanship or materials under normal use for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Any product determined by PSC to be defective in material or workmanship and returned to PSC shipping costs prepaid will, at PSC option, be repaired or replaced or the purchase price refunded.

ALL OTHER WARRANTIES TO ANY BUSINESS CUSTOMER, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTIABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NONINFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS, ARE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMED, EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY STATE LAW.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. PSC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. PSC’ LIABILITY IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES IS LIMITED TO, AND SHALL NOT EXCEED, THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID FOR THE PRODUCT THAT GIVES RISE TO ANY LIABILITY.
