1. Catalog/Website Information
Product depictions in catalogs and websites are for illustrative purposes only. Possession of or access to any PSC catalog, literature, or website does not constitute the right to purchase products. PSC reserves the right to revise publishing errors.
Despite efforts, occasional pricing errors may occur. PSC reserves the right to cancel any and all orders resulting from such errors, even if an order confirmation has been received.
2. Product Substitution
Products (and country of origin) may be substituted and may not be identical to catalog or website descriptions and/or images.
3. Occupational Safety and Health Administration (“OSHA”) Hazardous Substance
Material Safety Data Sheets (“MSDS”) for OSHA-defined hazardous substances are prepared and supplied by the manufacturers. PSC makes no warranties and expressly disclaims all liability regarding the accuracy or suitability of the information or recommendations in any MSDS. Customers are solely responsible for any reliance or use of information, and for application of any product.
4. California Proposition 65
Certain products supplied by Pacific Star Corporation may contain chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm. PSC relies entirely on manufacturer data and labelling for Proposition 65 compliance.
WARNING: For products denoted with a Proposition 65 symbol, the product can expose you to such chemicals. If you purchase products for resale or distribution within California, you assume sole responsibility for ensuring all mandated Proposition 65 warnings remain intact and are clearly communicated to downstream buyers and end-users. 5. Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) Registration
Pacific Star Corporation (PSC) is a participating member of select Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs), including Vizient, Provista, and NuEdge. PSC may register the Customer as a GPO member based on database requirements if eligible. By accepting these terms, the Customer consents to the sharing of necessary business and operational data with these GPOs strictly to facilitate registration and compliance.
Payments
Pacific Star Corporation accepts most major credit cards: American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and VISA. There is no surcharge for credit card purchases. Please provide your exact billing address and telephone number as registered with your credit card bank. Incorrect information may delay order processing.
For international orders (outside US and Canada), wire transfer is required. A $30 Wire Transfer Fee applies to cover intermediary bank charges; customers should pay bank charges imposed by their own bank. Contact us for details.
We accept money orders, cashier's checks, personal checks, and company checks in US Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of money order or cashier's check. For checks, allow up to 10 banking days for clearance. Product availability cannot be guaranteed by the time funds clear. A $30 fee will be charged on all returned checks.
Prices
Prices listed are wholesale and do not include shipping, handling fees, taxes, or duties. Prices are subject to correction or change without notice. Market-sensitive commodity products will be priced based on current market conditions.
Sales Tax
Pacific Star Corporation will automatically charge and withhold sales tax for orders delivered within Texas and California. For orders shipped to other states, you are responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes required by your local jurisdiction.

Typographical Errors
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical or supplier pricing errors, Pacific Star Corporation reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders for that product, even if an order has been confirmed or your credit card charged. If your credit card has been charged and your order is canceled, Pacific Star Corporation will promptly issue a credit for the incorrect price.
Export Restrictions and Regulatory Obligations
All items are sold for domestic use within the United States unless specified otherwise. Purchasers who export items assume full responsibility for compliance with US export control laws and regulations. For exports by PSC, all quotations, sales, and shipments are conditioned on US export compliance, manufacturer restrictions, and required government approvals.

Returns, Refunds, and Warranties
All sales are final unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by Pacific Star Corporation. Returns or exchanges must be authorized in advance and may be subject to a restocking fee. Except as expressly stated, all products are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
Pacific Star Corporation and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, or agents are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, revenue, savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or similar damages arising from the use of any service or products. Total liability for any damages shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific product at issue.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions, and any separate agreements for services or products, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Houston, Texas.
Other Conditions
These Conditions supersede any terms you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether we sign them. Pacific Star Corporation reserves the right to make changes to this site and these Conditions at any time.
